My first ever visit to BCH, all staff were excellent & welcoming, hospital was spotless. I cannot fault anything or anybody.

I was made to feel completely comfortable by the entire team during what was a fairly invasive procedure. So a big thank you to nurses Lea Merrick and Alison Mcnair and Dr Stevan Fox.

The communication with the staff prior to my treatment was very accurate, easy to understand and handled professionally. The hospital itself felt clean, comfortingly modern and was the easiest hospital I have ever visited to park in. Parking at other hospitals is daunting and makes an already stressful and traumatising trip even more difficult but at Braintree it was incredibly easy both because of the thoughtful way it was laid out and that there were no parking metres to worry about. The hospital itself was easy to navigate also and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it if someone asked.

I was very scared when I went for my Endoscopy from the time I saw the nurse who told me what was going to happen she told the Nurses in the treatment room I was frightened they was so kind and Dr TIPU NAQVI WAS SO KIND AND CONSIDERATE I WOULD NOT FEEL SCARED TO SEE THIS DOCTOR AGAIN TOP MARKS TO HIM
